Where we've been...
Started by Rev. Bob Riconda in October 1991, Hope Chapel of the Christian & Missionary Alliance has been a consistently impactful and valued part of Pine Hill and the surrounding communities. Throughout the last 30 years, God has used Hope Chapel to champion the Addictions Victorious recovery ministry, Hope for the Hungry Food Pantry, multiple short-term missions trips to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Kosovo, and much more. Hope Chapel has also been a valued partner for various other community outreach programs including Steps of Faith preschool and Women of Hope resource center among others. Hope Chapel has always been focused on making disciples that can introduce Pine Hill and the surrounding communities to the love, hope, and power of Jesus Christ – with an emphasis on welcoming community member of all ages and backgrounds. All of Hope Chapel's ministries past and present – from Hope Kids to Youth Group to Discipleship Families – have been focused on this goal. In 2009, God transitioned the leadership of Hope Chapel from Rev. Bob Riconda to Rev. Weldon Lemke. Over the years Hope Chapel has impacted thousands of lives and has witnessed hundreds of baptisms and child dedications.
Where we are ...
Hope Chapel has continued to look for ways to spread Christ's love in our community which has routinely resulted in putting on carnivals, car washes, movie nights, and coffee houses, participating in National Night Out, doing Christmas gift drives, and much more. Looking at where God has brought us over the last 30 years, we are excited for yet another chapter where God has transitioned the leadership of Hope Chapel from Rev. Weldon Lemke to Pastor De'Andre Ralston.
Where we are headed...
As Hope Chapel welcomes new members on a weekly basis we are also excited to welcome new passions, visions, and ideas on how we can introduce Pine Hill to the Love, Hope, and Power of Jesus Christ. We hope that you would consider being apart of that!
